It is Perform by Inserting the Douches Bottle into Vagina and Squeezing the bottle to Flush-Out the area. Unused Portion Refrigerate covered and use up to 3 Days only.

Vaginal/Yoni Steaming: Add 2 quarts of Distilled Water in Stainless Steel, Ceramic, Glass Pot (please no aluminum) or Crock Pot add 1.5 to 2 Teaspoon of EL'S BREW simmer for 30 min to1 hour. Remove from heat and pour into a pot, bucket, toilet steam tub or turn off your crock pot. Sit on the toilet wide and lean forward so steam can hit the vagina and anus (adjust yourself by parting Butt Cheeks) cover legs with something of your choice to help keep steam in. Steam anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes no more than that. This is a powerful regime.
