What is Youthful-VA-Jayjay?

Youthful-VA-Jayjay is a small-business personal-care brand offering body-care products, herbal blends, supplements, practical care tools, intimate apparel, and accessories for women and men.

Some products are made or prepared by us in small batches. Others are carefully selected to complement the routines built around YVJJ products. We believe customers deserve to know the difference.

Are all YVJJ products handmade?

No. Many YVJJ herbal and body-care products are made or prepared by us in small batches. Other items—including certain bath tools, applicators, bottles, accessories, and lifestyle products—are sourced and selected to support YVJJ routines.

Why do small-batch products vary slightly?

Natural plant materials and hands-on production methods can create small differences in color, texture, density, or appearance. Reasonable variation between batches does not automatically mean the product is defective.

ORDERING

How do I know which product is right for me?

Start with the collection that best matches what you are shopping for. Each product page explains what the item is, what you receive, how it is intended to be used, and which accessories may complement it. If you are still unsure, contact YVJJ before ordering.

Do I need to buy an entire routine?

No. You can purchase a main product by itself or add related tools and accessories only when they are useful to you. You do not need every product shown in a routine.

Why does YVJJ offer bundles?

Bundles make shopping easier by pairing products that naturally belong together. They are not intended to convince you to purchase unrelated items.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time can vary because some YVJJ products are prepared in small batches or made to order. The current estimate will be shown in the Shipping Policy and, when appropriate, on the individual product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

How will I know when my order ships?

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after your order has been prepared and transferred to the carrier.

What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my order?

First check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. Then contact the carrier and YVJJ with your order number and tracking information so the situation can be reviewed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Current free-shipping offers and minimum-purchase requirements are shown on the storefront. Promotional thresholds may change, so review the current offer before checkout.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Are After-Steam Teddies returnable?

No. All After-Steam Teddies are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, size exchanges, or store-credit returns on Teddies. Please review the size information carefully before ordering. If a bundle includes a Teddy, the complete bundle is also final sale.

Are intimate products returnable?

No. Intimate-care products and intimate-use or sanitary accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes items such as vaginal or rectal applicators, rinse bottles, enema/rinse bottles, and similar personal-use items. They are not eligible for return or exchange, whether opened or unopened, because hygienic handling cannot be verified after delivery.

Can personal-care products be returned?

Handcrafted personal-care products, supplements/capsules, opened body-care products, and products specifically identified as final sale are not returnable for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. Some non-final-sale merchandise may qualify for an authorized return under the complete Refund Policy.

What if YVJJ sends the wrong item or something arrives damaged or defective?

Final-sale status does not excuse a seller error. Contact YVJJ within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs when appropriate. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Do not return an item unless YVJJ authorizes it.

BODY & BATH TOOLS

How do I use an African Bath Net?

Wet the net and apply your preferred body cleanser. Work it into a lather and gently use the textured net over the body. Its length makes it especially useful for reaching the back. Rinse thoroughly after use and allow it to dry completely.

Can I use an African Bath Net on my face?

The African Bath Net is intended primarily for body exfoliation. For gentler facial cleansing, consider a product designed for the face, such as the YVJJ Konjac Root Facial Sponge.

What is a Konjac Sponge?

A Konjac Sponge is made from Konjac root. It feels firm when dry but becomes soft and cushiony after being thoroughly soaked in water. It is designed for gentle facial cleansing and buffing.

How should I care for a Konjac Sponge?

Rinse it thoroughly after use. Gently press out excess water without aggressively twisting the sponge. Allow it to dry in a clean, ventilated area and replace it when it begins to deteriorate.

No. YVJJ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Product information is provided to explain what the item is and how it is intended to be used. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure about an ingredient, speak with an appropriate health professional before use.

What should I do if I am sensitive to an ingredient?

Review the complete ingredient list before use. Do not use a product that contains an ingredient you know you are sensitive or allergic to. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.
