SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Many YVJJ products are handmade, small-batch, or prepared to order.

Orders generally require approximately 3–7 business days for processing, unless a different processing time is shown on the product page.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Weekends and holidays are not normally counted as business days.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your package has been prepared and transferred to the carrier.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside YVJJ's direct control.

YVJJ will help review available tracking information when there is a delivery problem, but we cannot control carrier transit times.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT THE PACKAGE IS MISSING

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

First check your mailbox, porch, building entrance, household members, neighbors, or other places where the carrier may have left the package.

Then contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

You may also contact YVJJ with your order number and tracking information so we can review the shipment information available to us.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If the product itself arrives damaged, contact YVJJ within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

Do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Free-shipping offers, discount codes, and minimum-purchase requirements are subject to the terms shown on the storefront at the time of purchase.
