PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to describe our products accurately.

Because some YVJJ products are handmade, small-batch, botanical, or made with natural materials, reasonable differences in color, texture, density, appearance, or fill may occur.

These natural or handmade differences do not automatically mean a product is defective.

Product packaging, ingredients, availability, and presentation may change when products are reformulated or updated.

The information shown on the current product page and current product label should be used for the product currently being sold.

PRICES

Prices may change without prior notice.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors.

If a significant error affects an order you already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item when appropriate.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.

YVJJ may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary because of:

inventory problems, payment problems, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If YVJJ cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

PAYMENT

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment-service providers.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Purchases are subject to the current Refund, Return & Final-Sale Policy.

Products identified as final sale are not returnable or exchangeable for customer preference, sizing mistakes, or change of mind.

Seller errors, damaged merchandise, and defective merchandise are handled separately as described in that policy.

PERSONAL-CARE & PRODUCT INFORMATION

YVJJ provides product information to help customers understand what a product is and how it is intended to be used.
