REFUND, RETURN & FINAL-SALE POLICY

At Youthful-VA-Jayjay, many of our products are handmade, personal-care, intimate-care, supplement, or hygiene-sensitive items. For that reason, many products are FINAL SALE.

FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• After-Steam Teddies and other intimate apparel
• Bundles containing an After-Steam Teddy
• Intimate-use and personal-use products
• Vaginal or rectal applicators
• Rinse bottles and enema/rinse bottles
• Herbal supplements and capsules
• Handmade personal-care products once shipped
• Opened body-care, bath-care, herbal, or personal-care products
• Any other product clearly marked FINAL SALE on its product page

FINAL SALE means no returns, no exchanges, no size exchanges, and no store credit for sizing mistakes, customer preference, or change of mind.

Please review product details, sizing, ingredients, and selections carefully before placing your order.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

A non-intimate accessory that is not marked FINAL SALE may be eligible for return.

You must contact YVJJ within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

• unused
• unopened, when applicable
• in its original condition
• in its original packaging
• free from damage or signs of use

Do not mail anything back until YVJJ approves the return and provides return instructions.

For an approved customer-choice return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

After an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card company may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

Final-sale status does not excuse a YVJJ error.

If we send the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number + a description of the problem + clear photographs when appropriate.

YVJJ will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Do not return an item unless YVJJ authorizes the return first.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Because some products are handmade or prepared to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once preparation or fulfillment has started.
