6-Herb Feminine Steam Blend
EL’S BREW MILD is our gentlest botanical steam blend, created for adults who prefer a softer aromatic herbal steaming experience.
Chamomile forms the foundation of this six-herb blend, accompanied by red raspberry leaf and nettle leaf, with carefully balanced amounts of rosemary, orange peel, and ginger root to provide herbal aroma and a subtle warming character.
The MILD Blend
Ingredients: Chamomile Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Rosemary Leaf, Orange Peel, Ginger Root.
How to Use
Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) of the blend with 8–10 cups of water.
Bring water to a boil, then remove completely from the heat source. Add the herbs, cover, and steep for approximately 10 minutes. Transfer to a clean, heat-safe steaming vessel or designated steam seat and allow the steam to cool until comfortably warm before use.
Steam for approximately 10–20 minutes, or until the steam naturally cools.
For adult external steaming use only. Not for vaginal insertion or douching.

0.5 oz (14 g) Sample: approximately 1 steam session.
4 oz (113 g) Full Size: approximately 8 steam sessions when using about 14 g per session.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use on broken, injured, severely irritated, or recently treated genital skin. Do not use following childbirth, pelvic/vaginal surgery, or a gynecologic procedure until cleared by your healthcare professional. Do not use as a treatment for infection, abnormal bleeding, unusual discharge, persistent odor, pelvic pain, or other medical symptoms. Stop immediately if you experience excessive heat, burning, stinging, irritation, dizziness, pain, or discomfort. Never steam over an active burner, hot plate, or other heat source. Keep out of reach of children.
Prepare fresh for each session. Discard the herbs and any remaining prepared liquid after use. Do not store or reuse.
Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

7-Herb Feminine Steam Blend
EL’S BREW CLEANSING is a fuller, more aromatic botanical steam blend created for adults who prefer a brighter floral, herbal, and citrus-forward steaming experience.
Rose Petals and Red Raspberry Leaf form the foundation of the blend, accompanied by Lavender, Fennel Seed, Yarrow, Rosemary Leaf, and Lemon Peel. Together they create a layered steam aroma ranging from soft floral notes to sweet fennel, green herbs, and bright citrus.

EL’S BREW BOTANICAL RINSE
4-Herb External Feminine Rinse
A dry whole-herb botanical blend created for adults who prefer a simple external vulvar rinse ritual. The blend is prepared fresh with water, strained thoroughly, cooled to lukewarm, and used externally only.
Ingredients
Marshmallow Root, Rose Petals, Red Raspberry Leaf, Licorice Root.
How to Prepare
Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) of the blend with 4–6 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove completely from the heat. Add the herbs, cover, and steep for approximately 20 minutes.
Strain very thoroughly to remove loose plant material. Allow the prepared rinse to cool completely to a comfortable lukewarm temperature.
How to Use
Gently pour or rinse the prepared liquid over the external vulvar area only. A YVJJ External Rinse Bottle may be used as an optional application tool, but the bottle tip or nozzle must remain outside the body.
