5-Herb Men’s Lingam Steam Blend

A mild botanical steam blend created for adult men who prefer a simple external herbal steaming ritual.

Ingredients

Nettle Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, Chamomile Flower, Orange Peel, Yarrow.

For adult male external steaming use only.

How to Prepare

Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) with 8–10 cups of water. Bring water to a boil and remove completely from the heat source. Add the herbal blend, cover, and steep for approximately 10 minutes.

Carefully transfer to a clean, heat-safe steaming vessel or designated steam seat if necessary. Allow the steam to cool until comfortably warm—not hot.

How to Steam

Position yourself so comfortably warm steam reaches the external lingam/penile and surrounding groin area without placing the genitals too close to hot water. Steam for approximately 10–15 minutes, or until the steam naturally cools.

Move away immediately if the steam feels hot, sharp, burning, or uncomfortable. Avoid prolonged direct heating of the scrotum/testicles.

A fuller aromatic botanical steam blend featuring Calendula Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Rosemary Leaf, and Yarrow, created for adult men who prefer a more aromatic external herbal steaming ritual.

For adult male external lingam steaming only.

Ingredients

Calendula Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Rosemary Leaf, Yarrow.

How to Prepare

Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) of JOHN’S BREW CLEANSING with 8–10 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot completely from the heat source. Add the herbal blend, cover, and steep for approximately 10 minutes.

Carefully transfer the prepared herbal steam mixture to a clean, heat-safe steaming vessel or designated steam seat, if necessary. Allow the steam to cool until it feels comfortably warm—not hot.

6-Herb External Men’s Botanical Rinse

A dry botanical blend created for adult men who prefer a fresh external herbal rinse as part of a personal-care routine. The blend is prepared with water, strained extremely thoroughly, cooled to lukewarm, and used externally only.

Ingredients

Oat Straw, Mullein Leaf, Horsetail, Marshmallow Root, Burdock Root, Witch Hazel Leaf.

How to Prepare

Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) of the blend with 4–6 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove completely from the heat. Add the herbs, cover, and steep for approximately 20 minutes.

Strain extremely thoroughly to remove loose plant material and fine Mullein hairs. Allow the prepared rinse to cool completely to a comfortable lukewarm temperature.

How to Use

Gently rinse the external penile shaft and surrounding groin area only. Avoid directing the rinse into the urethral opening. A YVJJ External Rinse Bottle may be used as an optional application tool, but the bottle tip or nozzle must remain outside the body.

Prepare fresh for each use. Discard the herbs and all remaining prepared liquid after use. Do not store or reuse the prepared rinse.
