5-Herb Men’s Lingam Steam Blend

A fuller aromatic botanical steam blend featuring Calendula Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Rosemary Leaf, and Yarrow, created for adult men who prefer a more aromatic external herbal steaming ritual.

Ingredients

Calendula Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Rosemary Leaf, Yarrow.

How to Prepare

Use approximately 14 g (0.5 oz) of JOHN’S BREW CLEANSING with 8–10 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot completely from the heat source. Add the herbal blend, cover, and steep for approximately 10 minutes.

Carefully transfer the prepared herbal steam mixture to a clean, heat-safe steaming vessel or designated steam seat, if necessary. Allow the steam to cool until it feels comfortably warm—not hot.

How to Steam

Position yourself so comfortably warm steam reaches the external lingam/penile and surrounding groin area while avoiding concentrated or prolonged direct heat to the scrotum/testicles. Steam for approximately 10–15 minutes, or until the steam naturally cools.

Move away immediately if the steam feels too hot, sharp, burning, or uncomfortable.

Warnings

For adult male external steaming use only. Do not insert the herbs, prepared liquid, applicators, steam devices, or other objects into the penis, urethra, anus, or rectum. Not intended for anal douching, enemas, rectal use, or internal use. Never steam while the pot or steaming vessel is sitting on an active stove, burner, hot plate, or other heat source. Never allow the penis, scrotum, testicles, or surrounding skin to contact hot water or excessively hot steam. Avoid prolonged direct heating of the scrotum/testicles. Men who are trying to conceive or who have fertility concerns should use particular caution with genital heat exposure. Do not use on broken, injured, severely irritated, burned, or recently treated genital skin. Do not use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to Calendula, Yarrow, or other plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae family. Stop use immediately if you experience excessive heat, burning, stinging, itching, redness, swelling, dizziness, pain, or other discomfort. Do not use this product as a substitute for medical care. Seek appropriate medical evaluation for genital sores, persistent irritation, unusual discharge, painful urination, testicular pain or swelling, unexplained bleeding, or other concerning symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.

Prepare fresh for each session. Discard the herbs and any remaining prepared liquid after use. Do not store or reuse.

Storage: Keep the dry herbal blend tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from moisture, excessive heat, and direct sunlight.
